2 cups rice
8 ounces pecan halves
1 yellow onion
1 lb mushrooms
1 can beef broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c. flax seed

Recipe Directions for Wild rice belvedere

  1. Saute pecans, onions and mushrooms in olive oil

  2. Add beef broth.water to equal amt listed on rice directions

  3. Add 1 pkg Mahatma long grain & wild rice

  4. Cook according to package directions
