Recipe Ingredients for Wild Rice Baked Chicken

2/3 cup uncooked wild rice
2 cups celery , sliced
1 cup green pepper , diced
2 tsp chicken bouillon
2 cups chicken breast
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Wild Rice Baked Chicken

  1. In bowl, wash wild rice in warm tap water; drain in strainer.

  2. In buttered 2-quart casserole dish, mix wild rice, celery, green pepper, water, chicken bouillon.

  3. Place 3 halves of chicken breast on top of rice mixture.

  4. Bake in preheated oven 350 F, 1.5 hours or until rice is tender.
