Stew of wild mushrooms. Note that the shitake mushrooms are really maitake, the enoki are beech and the white are king trumpet. However, I couldn't find them on the site. Also, the red onion should be shallots but the system wouldn't accept it that way.

Recipe Ingredients for Wild Mushroom Ragout

5 oz. baby bella mushrooms
4 oz. oyster mushrooms
3 1/2 oz. shitake mushrooms
3 1/2 oz. enoki mushrooms
10 1/2 oz. white mushrooms
1 medium red onion
4 cloves garlic
2 T. olive oil
2 oz. white wine
2 oz. sweet red wine
1 cup fat free vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Wild Mushroom Ragout

Cut up or slice mushrooms and set aside. Chop shallots and crush garlic. Heat oil in a large pan and add shallots and garlic. Cook until slightly translucent. Add white wine and cook off alcohol. Add mushrooms and saute until softened. Add red wine and continue to saute to cook off alcohol. Add broth and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook until liquid is reduced by 3/4.
