Recipe Ingredients for Wild & Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

1/2 c celery, chopped
1/2 c onion
1/4 c green pepper, chopped
4 ounce sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c skim milk
1 c grated Cheddar cheese
2 c chicken breast, chopped
2 c rice, long grain & wild, cooked
2 ounce almonds, sliced

Recipe Directions for Wild & Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

Saute celery, green onions, green pepper and mushrooms in butter in large skillet until tender. Add remaining ingredients except almonds; mix well. Spoon into buttered casserole. Top with almonds. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. May substitute shrimp, pork or beef for checken.
