This is so delicious and filling, I love making these and they store well in the frig.

Recipe Ingredients for WhWh Black Bean Vegi Wrap

1 tortilla Whole Wheat Tortillas
0.25 cup DRAINED Black Beans, Canned
3 grams Lettuce Red or Green Leaf
3 grams Red Onion
1 tbsp Sauce, La Victoria, Salsa Brava, Hot
37 1/2 grams Avocados
25 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for WhWh Black Bean Vegi Wrap

Lay the tortilla out on a bread board, lay down a nice size piece of red or green leaf lettuse on top of it, then add all the remaining ingrediants on top of that. I like to roll the lettuce up first then snuggly wrap the tortilla around that. Cut in half, this is wonderful with fresh fruit side dish. (HINT: for an eastern flare toss the black beans with curry and use a cucumber type dressing in stead of hot sause)
