Recipe Ingredients for wholewheat pumpkin seeded rolls

2 1/4 cups wholewheat flour
2 cups unbleached white flour
400 ml water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 ounce pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe Directions for wholewheat pumpkin seeded rolls

  1. Place ingredients into your bread machine in the order it says in the manual except for seeds and set on dough cycle, when the machine beeps put in the seeds.

  2. Once dough is made, knead on a floured surface and weigh out the dough into 3 ounce rolls these can be made circle or square, place on a non stick baking sheet and place in a warm place with a cloth over the rolls, leave to rise for 15 minutes, now place in an oven gas mark 7 for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven, once cooked place on a wire rack to cool or if you like them hot indulge in a hot roll with cheese lush!
