250 g whole wheat penne
1 tbsp olive oil
139 g onion
52 g mushrooms
370 g chicken breast, skinned
250 g sweet potato
140 g red pepper
69 g green pepper
170 g broccoli
200 g zucchini
140 g tomato paste
1 Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
390 g butter beans, drained
390 g artichoke hearts, drained

Recipe Directions for Wholewheat penne with chicken and vegetables

Cook the pasta separately, saute the chicken and onions in the oil, then add the rest of the vegetables. Add water, black pepper, salt, basil and garlic to taste. When cooked combine with the pasta.
