Recipe Ingredients for Wholewheat pasta with greens and potatoes

50 grams Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Dry
173 grams Chard, Swiss
50 grams New Potatoes
20 grams Butter
3 clove Garlic
50 grams mozzarella light
20 grams Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Wholewheat pasta with greens and potatoes

  1. heat oven to 200c

  2. boil pasta potatoes (peeled and cubed) and green together until cooked ,about 14 mins in lightly salted water

  3. drain and place in an oven dish.

  4. fry the garlic in the butter until cooked but no brown.

  5. add the cubed cheese to the pasta mix.

  6. pour garlic over the pasta.

  7. season with salt and pepper

  8. sprinkle with parmesan

  9. bake for 20 mins serve hot.
