3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 oz Yeast
6 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten
1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Walnut Oil
3 tbsp Flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Wholewheat homemade bread

Add all the wet items to the bread maker first, the water should be lukewarm. Then add the dry items, leaving the yeast until last. Make a little hole in the dry ingredients, add the yeast. Start on the wholewheat setting or the dough setting if you're making rolls or baguettes.
