Recipe Ingredients for WholeWheat Fruity Breakfast Bars

10 oz unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup dried apricots (chopped)
3/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup raw sugar
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
2 tbs sesame seeds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup whole-wheat flour
2/3 cup dried unsweetened coconut
2 eggs (beaten)

Recipe Directions for WholeWheat Fruity Breakfast Bars

Preheat oven to 400. Grease 8" x 8" shallow baking pan and line with parchment paper. Put the apple sauce in a large bowl with apricots, raisins, sugar & sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds. Stir together with a wooden spoon until thoroughly mixed. add the oats, flour, coconut and eggs to the fruit mixture and gently stir together until evenly combined. Turn the mixture into the pan and spread to the edges in an even layer. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and just firm to the touch. Leave to cool in the pan, then cut into bars.
