2 wholesome tortillas with fresh indgredients

Recipe Ingredients for Wholesome Quesedilla

2 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup low fat cheese
1 cup tomato
2 cups fresh spinach

Recipe Directions for Wholesome Quesedilla

  1. place on tortilla on hot pan

  2. add 1/2 cheese let melt slightly

  3. add spinach

  4. add rest of cheese and tomatos

  5. place a heavy skillet if you have to smash down the spinach let cheese melt

  6. turn over to other side to melt down cheese some more and spinach cooks down
