4 cups chickpeas
1 cup yogurt (non fat)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili
3 tbsp tahini
1 cup lemon juice
2 tsp garlic (crushed)

Recipe Directions for Wholesome Healthy Hummus

All all ingredients in a food processor. Mince till fine consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Allow to chill in the fridge
