Recipe Ingredients for Wholemeal Soy Pancakes

125 grams Hovis Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
235 mL Provamel Unsweetened Soy Milk

Recipe Directions for Wholemeal Soy Pancakes

  1. sieve flour into a bowl

  2. Make a well in the centre of the flour

  3. Put the egg and half the milk in the well and whisk the rest of the milk in gradually

  4. Heat oil or margarine in a frying pan

  5. Pour a sixth of the batter in and spread it around the pan

  6. Flip it to cook on the other side

  7. eat it with some fruit (if its breakfast) or some syrup (if its pudding)!
