Delicious bread, perfect with cheese and chutney.

Recipe Ingredients for wholemeal seed bread

3 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup rye flour
2 3/4 cup wholewheat flour
2 3/4 cup flour
1/8 cup sesame seeds
1/8 cup poppy seeds
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for wholemeal seed bread

  1. Mix together and leave for 2 hours to rise and collapse.

  2. Refrigerate.

  3. Chop off dough as needed, rest for 40 mins, bake for 40 mins.

  4. Makes 4 loaves.
