Recipe Ingredients for Wholemeal banana walnut bread

1 1/2 cups kamut flour
3/4 cup ground almonds
4 egg whites
3/4 cups plain yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
3 bananas
1 T canola oil
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Wholemeal banana walnut bread

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs. Mash bananas. Add yogurt, oil and bananas to eggs. Sift together dry. Add wet to dry. Bake 40-50 minutes.
