Recipe Ingredients for Wholemeal banana walnut bread - 2 servings

1 1/2 cups kamut flour
3/4 cups ground almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
4 egg whites
3 bananas
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp canola oil
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Wholemeal banana walnut bread - 2 servings

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs. Mash bananas. Mix together wet ingredients. Sift together dry. Add wet to dry. Bake 40-50 minutes.
