Recipe Ingredients for Wholemeal Banana Muffins

3/4 cup Domino Light Brown Sugar
15 g baking powder
125 g margarine
180 g wholemeal flour
3 bananas
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Wholemeal Banana Muffins

  1. Melt the butter and sugar in a pan and set aside to cool

  2. Mash the bananas and add to melted sugar and butter and until just blended.

  3. Add the egg and mix well.

  4. Sift the flour and baking powder together.

  5. Slowly add the butter mixture and mil alternating until just blended.

  6. Bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes and check after this depending on your oven.

  7. Mine is gas so I cook at the lowest heat and check after 5 minutes.
