Wholemeal Banana bread with sultanas

Recipe Ingredients for Wholemeal Banana Bread

250 grams Stone Ground 100% Wholemeal Plain Flour
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 medium Egg, Whole
100 grams Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
100 grams Sultanas

Recipe Directions for Wholemeal Banana Bread

Mash bananas, add softened butter, honey, eggs, vanilla and mix well. Mix flour with 4 tspns baking powder and half tspn bicarb, mix and add to banana mixture. Stir in sultanas. Mix in cinnamon and salt to taste.
