Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheate Rotini Pasta Bake

12 oz Whole Wheat Rotini
3 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
16 oz Diced Tomatoes
6 oz Tomato Paste
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheate Rotini Pasta Bake

Preheat oven to 350 and boil pasta. While cooking, brown ground beef, then add one 14 oz can of diced tomatoes, one 6 oz can of tomato paste, and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer until heated through and add 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Mix with pasta and put in 9x13 pan. Put another cup of mozzarella on top and bake about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
