Whole Wheat Zucchini Rolls - from Breadman Bread Machine Cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Zucchini Rolls

3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Honey
1 cup Zucchini (shredded)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Zucchini Rolls

  1. Place all ingredients, in order listed in breadmaker.

  2. Set to "dough" setting, and let knead/rise

  3. Pinch rolls from dough, form into balls and place on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.

  4. Bake in oven at 375 for approx 20 minutes or untill bottoms of rolls begin to brown.
