Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Waffles

2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup margarine, melted

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Waffles

Seperate eggs. To egg yolks add milk, wheat germ, flour, baking powder and melted margarine. Mix well. In seperate bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold gently into flour mixture. Bake in waffle iron until done.
