4 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups 1% milk
2/3 cups Canola oil

Mix together dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients. Bake in waffle iron. Makes 10 to 12.
