Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Waffles

1 1/2 c. skim milk
4 T. egg beaters
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Waffles

combine all ingredients, mix on low for 1 minute and pour onto a waffle iron. Makes 10 waffles.
