2 eggs
1 3/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 T sugar
1/4 tsp salt
