Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Waffles

2 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Waffles

  1. 2 eggs

  2. 2 cups buttermilk

  3. 1 tsp soda

  4. 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour

  5. 2 tsp baking powder

  6. 1/2 tsp salt

  7. 3 tbsp butter

  8. Beat egg whites well.

  9. Fold beaten egg whites into the rest of the batter.

  10. Mix yolks in w/ buttermilk and flour
