Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Veggie Pasta

8 oz whole wheat penne pasta
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup sliced red onion
2 cups mushrooms
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
3 tbsp pesto
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup half and half
1/3 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup panko
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Veggie Pasta

  1. chop all veggies

  2. saute in olive oil

  3. boil pasta by directions

  4. drain and add to vegetable mixture

  5. add canned tomatoes and milk

  6. cover with panko, parmesan cheese and fresh basil

  7. bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven
