Yummy, healthy, lightly sweet and deliciously moist!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Unsweetened Banana muffins

1 1/3 c whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1 cup applesauce
1/3 c wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Unsweetened Banana muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. mix all ingreadients together

  3. pour into muffin pan.

  4. Bake for about 20 minutes-just until toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake or they will be dry! Makes 12 muffins.
