My friend's tortilla recipe that I changed by using whole wheat flour instead of white flour

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Tortillas

2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup hot water

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Tortillas

Add all ingredients to a bowl, create into a ball and then pinch off small balls to roll out and cook on an electric skillet or frying pan. Turn over once to complete cooking. Usually only 1-3 minutes per side depending on the temperature.
