A good tortilla recipe to replace normal tortillas. Easy and well.. cheap!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Tortilla

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. water

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Tortilla

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Form in a ball; divide into 8 pieces on a lightly floured board, roll out. Cut each in a circle, using a saucer as a guide.

  2. Heat a large ungreased frying pan. Cook each tortilla without overlapping, until dry, turn once. Use immediately for enchiladas or for tacos, bend into a taco shape. Makes 8.
