Whole wheat tortilla with lots of veggies & turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat tortilla pizza

2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 carrot
11 oz turkey
1/2 cup cheese
2 whole wheat tortillas
1/8 cup onion
1/3 cup red pepper
7 oz diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat tortilla pizza

  1. Brush tortillas with oil. Heat 2 tortillas in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Chop veggies. Put veggies on pizza then top with cheese. Put in oven until cheese is melted & slightly brown on top.

  2. 1 serving = 1/4 of one tortilla
