Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Tortellini with Chicken Sausage & Peppers

2.5 cup Whole Wheat Three Cheese Tortellini
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 link Chef Bruce Aidells, Chicken
4 cloves, raw Garlic
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
1/2 cup Red Roasted Peppers
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
6 cup Sauce

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Tortellini with Chicken Sausage & Peppers

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.

  2. Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat; add sausage, garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute or until garlic starts to turn golden. Add broth, peppers, sauce and basil; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Toss pasta with sauce. Top with Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
