Made this one up tonight from a previous recipe in order to get some whole grain!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust

2/3 cup white flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup warm water
1/2 tbsp sugar
2/3 tbsp dry active yeast
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add water and knead into a dough

  2. Roll out on an oiled pizza pan, as thin as possible

  3. Top and bake at 400 degrees until crisp
