High fiber, healthy pizza dough

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Pizza Dough

1 teaspoon dry yeast
3/4 cup soy flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 sweet potato
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Pizza Dough

  1. Mix together the yeast and hot water a small bowl until yeast is dissolved. Leave this bowl in a warm place until a froth forms on the top.

  2. Sift together the flours and salt in a large bowl. Add the mashed sweet potato to the dry mixture and blend until crumbly. When the yeast mix is ready, make a well in the center of the crumbly flour mix and pour the mixture in. Mix together and knead to make smooth dough.

  3. Wrap this dough in a greased plastic sheet and leave in a warm place for at least an hour. Once the dough has swell to at least twice its size, you are ready to start making pizzas!
