Chicken Flavored Stuffing like Stove Top

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Stuffing

1 small Onion, minced
1 stalk Celery, minced
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Dried Sage
1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Olive Oil
10 slices Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat, toasted medium

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Stuffing

  1. In a saucepan, sauté onion and celery in tablespoon of olive oil until tender.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except bread and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Put bread in food processor to make crumbs -- or you can cumble by hand into chucks.

  4. Add bread crumbs, cover, turn off heat, and allow to sit for 8-10 minutes.
