Whole wheat spirals with scallops, spinach, and squash.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Spirals w/ Scallops and Veggies

3.5 unit 2 large or 5 small Scallops
2 cup slices Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 cup Spinach
1.5 cup Pasta Sauce
3 ounce Asiago Cheese
5.5 oz(57 g) Whole Wheat Spirals

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Spirals w/ Scallops and Veggies

  1. Boil pasta as directed on package.

  2. In a nonstick skillet, begin browning scallops. Sprinkle with a little salt. When scallops are starting to brown, add sliced squash.

  3. In a sauce pan, heat Alfredo sauce.

  4. Drain pasta after fully cooked.

  5. Place raw, rinsed spinach in a large bowl. Dump drained pasta on top. Let sit to soften spinach.

  6. Add scallops, sauteed squash, and pasta sauce to bowl. Mix.

  7. Sprinkle Asiago on top.
