Whole Wheat Lasagna noodles rolled up with ricotta cheese and spinach, covered with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Spinach Lasagna

188 g Whole wheat lasagna
434 g ricotta cheese
15 oz Hunts tomato sauce
3 cups spinach
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Spinach Lasagna

Boil pasta until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Chop spinach and mix with ricotta cheese. Spread about 1 tbsp or so onto each lasagna noodle. Roll and place in shallow baking pan. Add tomato sauce on top of noodles. Sprinkle mozzarella on top of sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
