A delicious healthier version of an old favorite.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Speghetti & Turkey Meatballs

12 oz. Ground Turkey 93% lean
1/4 cup Fresh chopped Parsley
3 cloves garlic
1 egg
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon minced Oregano
1 teaspoon minced Thyme
1 teaspoon minced Basil
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
8 oz. Spaghetti, Whole Wheat, cooked
10 oz. Pasta Sauce

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Speghetti & Turkey Meatballs

  1. Combine Ground Turkey, Parsley, pressed garlic, egg, bread crumbs, and spices. Roll into balls

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray, brown the meatballs, add sauce (I use Prego Traditional), reduce heat to low and cover. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  3. Cook spaghetti. Add Meatballs and Sauce.
