Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat/soy pancakes

2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk, lowfat
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat/soy pancakes

Whisk two eggs and blend in the buttermilk. Blend the dry ingredients together and add to the buttermilk, egg mixture, mixing only until dry ingredients are blended in. Don't overmix.
