Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat seed bread

3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Refined, Organic
1 tbsp Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tbsp Organics Wildflower Honey
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Yeast
9 tsp Wheat Gluten
0.08 cup Quinoa
3 tbsp wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat seed bread

  1. Proof yeast in the cup of warm water.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together. Pour dry ingredients into wet slowly to mix, once mixed add tbsp melted coconut oil. Knead for 15 minutes then let rest 10 minutes. Knead another 10 minutes then form a ball, place ball in oiled bowl and turn to coat. Let rise until it has doubled. Punch down and shape dough into 9x5 greased loaf pan. Let rise again until doubled. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Allow to cool completely.
