Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Rotini with Tomatoes

8 oz dry whole wheat pasta
1 small onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 small zuchinni
1 cup mushrooms
2 cups tomatoes
2 T sun dried tomatoes
2 T garlic
2 T dried basil
2 T sugar
1 T olive oil
1 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Rotini with Tomatoes

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Chop all vegetables and saute in large skillet in olive oil.

  3. Add spices.

  4. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

  5. Toss with pasta.

  6. Top with parmesan cheese.
