based off mom's basic french bread recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Rolls

3 tsp Yeast
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Salt, Table
5 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Rolls

  1. dissolve yeast in water

  2. add rest of ingredients in kitchen aid

  3. place in greased bowl until dough rises double in volume

  4. roll into 19 balls and place on baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal

  5. bake at 400F for 17 minutes
