Whole grain bread rolls. Good with dinner but also as ahealthy, high fiber snack with hummus.

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat rolls

2 cups bread flour
3 1/2 cups graham flour
2 tbs honey
4 tbsp olive oil
3 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for whole wheat rolls

  1. Add yeast and sugar to water. Leave for about 5 mins until yeast begins to froth.

  2. Mix flour and 1 tsp salt (optional). Add honey, olive oil to yeast mix. Add liquid to flour a little at a time. Knead well (or use dough hook/mixer). Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Divide into 24 portions and shape like rolls. Allow rolls to rise for another 1-2 hours. Bake at 375F for about 20 minutes. Serve fresh, or freeze when cooled. Makes about 24 rolls.
