Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Raspberry Pancakes

1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 tablespoons Organic Hemp Protein Powder Vanilla Flavored Dietary Supplement
9 tsp Sugars, Granulated
3 tbsp Butter
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.75 cup Whole Milk
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup Raspberries

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Raspberry Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Beat eggs. Combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and water in separate bowl.

  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients, pour in wet ingredients and mix gently until just combined.

  4. Add frozen raspberries.

  5. Scoop onto buttered skillet and cook about 3-4 minutes per side.
