Made with high fiber flour, white wheat flour and bread flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Raisin Bread

1/2 c water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c bread flour
1/2 c
3/4 c
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 c raisins

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Raisin Bread

  1. Place all ingredients except last 3 in bread machine.

  2. Process on dough cycle.

  3. When cycle is complete, remove dough and roll into a rectangle with a rolling pin.

  4. Sprinkle evenly with sugar that has been mixed with cinnamon and raisins.

  5. Roll jelly roll style. Pinch seam together. Place in bread pan seam side down with ends folded under.

  6. Allow to rise in a draft-free location about 45 min. or until it has doubled in size.

  7. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. It is done if it sounds hollow when you thump the bottom.

  8. Allow to cool on its side before cutting (if you can!)
