Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Raisin Bread

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/6 cup milk
1 cup molasses
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/6 cup sugar
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Raisin Bread

  1. combine wet ingredients in large bowl

  2. combine dry ingredients in separate bowl & add to wet ingredients. Mix just until combined, add raisins & mix just until combined.

  3. Turn into greased 5 x 9 inch loaf pan and bake 1 hour. Cool 5 minutes and turn out onto bread board or wire rack for slicing.
