Makes 2 servings



2 whole wheat tortillas with grated cheese filling heated in teflon pan with no oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Quesadilla

2 whole wheat tortillas
1 ounce cheese, cheddar

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Quesadilla

  1. Put on tortilla into bottom of non-stick pan (ungreased) then spread grated cheese mixed with very small amount of mayonnaise on the tortilla. Put second tortilla on top and press firmly onto the cheese mixture. Heat on medium until browned on bottom, turn and brown on other side. Remove from heat, slice into 4 sections and enjoy.

  2. May add chicken, green chilis or other fillings but remember to also adjust the calorie count.

  3. 1/2 of this is a serving.
