Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup organic sugar
3/4 cup flaxseed meal
8 oz pumpkin purée
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

  1. Cream butter, sugar and flaxseed meal.

  2. Add pumpkin, egg, vanilla, and mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips.

  4. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mix, mix well.

  5. Stir in chips.

  6. Bake @ 350 for 12-15 mins.
