Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pumpkin bread

2 1/2 cups turbinado sugar
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pumpkin bread

Cream sugar and eggs. Add pumpkin & oil & beat well. Add remaining ingrediaents and beat well. Pour into 2 loaf pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 70 min, or until done (in convection, it took 50-55 min).
