Whole wheat pizza crust topped with fresh ingredients. 2 slices per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup unbleached flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp honey
4 tsp olive oil
1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
24 slices pepperoni
2 cups Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
4 spoon Black Olives Sliced
3 mushrooms sliced
1 serving Tomato Basil Blast

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza

  1. Dissolve yeast and honey in 1/4 cup warm water.

  2. Combine flours, salt, olive oil, yeast mixture, and remaining 3/4 cup water in bread maker bowl.

  3. Set on dough cycle of bread maker.

  4. When done, divide dough and spread on 2 oiled pizza stones. Top with sauce, cheese, pepperoni, olives and mushrooms. Include any other toppings you may choose.
