Outdoor fun, makes two 12 inch pizza each serves 3-4 people

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pizza

1 cup warm water
1 package active dry yeast
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch of sugar
4 oz part-skim mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pizza

  1. Combine water, yeast and sugar. Mix until yeast dissolves.

  2. Add the 2 flours, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt.

  3. Knead dough for 10 minutes in mixer, 15 mins by hand.

  4. transfer to oiled container cover allow to rise til doubled in size(~1 hour).

  5. Punch down, cut into 2 or 3 equal parts.

  6. Cover with dry cloth, let rest 5-7 minutes.

  7. Shape, top with remaining oil and cheese.

  8. top with favorite toppings as desired.

  9. Bake on pizza tin or sheet 12-15 minutes
